The success of Arborwalk can be attributed to the combination of an "A" location - just minutes from downtown Kansas City and Johnson County, a wide array of Housing Choices for all stages of life, award winning Lee's Summit Schools within a few short miles from home, strong retail shopping & commercial growth not only near but also within this master planned neighborhood, and a development company that has built its reputation in Lee's Summit over the last two decades by pouring the lifeblood of its company into the neighborhoods it develops.
Access to private amenities such as paved nature trails, a state of the art mulch bed play scape area, stocked fishing lake, wooden plank wetland boardwalk, open play fields, community church, and a City of Lee's Summit 17-acre nature park are just a few of the amenities that provide relief to the day's otherwise hectic schedule. The latest addition of Housing Choices, by Gale Home Builders at Hartford Village, features single family homes ranging from the $120's-$160's for maintenance provided attached homes, and from the $140's-$210's for detached homes with an "opt-in" buyer choice maintenance program. All plans are either ranch, 1 ½, or two story homes which include the choice of master bedroom on the main or second levels. Most offer a wide range of options for upgraded finish selections such as countertops, paint colors, flooring, lighting, brick, landscaping, and lower level finishes.
